Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Boil your pasta in salted water until perfectly al dente.

  2. Drain and toss in a large bowl while still hot.

  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle generously with Spaghetti Dust.

  4. Stir until the pasta is glossy and beautifully coated in garlicky, chili-spiced goodness.

  5. Serve immediately—preferably with a glass of wine and zero stress.

That’s it. No sauce. No stress. Just serious flavor.
Spaghetti Dust turns a pantry meal into something that feels like it came from your favorite trattoria.

Zucchini, Cherry Tomato & Herbed Ricotta Flatbread

Zucchini, Cherry Tomato & Herbed Ricotta Flatbread

Got a little more time on your hands? Get ready to make a show-stopping starter (or dinner — who are we kidding). This flatbread is everything: warm, crispy, creamy, fresh, and just the right amount of fancy thanks to our Spaghetti Dust-infused herbed ricotta.

Ingredients

  • 1 store-bought flatbread or naan

  • 1 zucchini, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil — we recommend Lucesca "The Tin"

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 1/2 cup ricotta

  • 1–2 tsp Spaghetti Dust (to taste)

  • 2–3 tbsp goat cheese, crumbled

  • Fresh basil leaves, torn or sliced

  • Optional toppings: chili flakes, balsamic glaze, or fresh arugula

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Toss zucchini and cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 15–20 minutes, until golden and juicy.

  3. While veggies roast, stir Spaghetti Dust into the ricotta to create your flavorful herbed spread. Taste and adjust if needed.

  4. Warm the flatbread in the oven for 2–3 minutes.

  5. Spread the herbed ricotta over the warm flatbread, then layer on the roasted veggies.

  6. Sprinkle with crumbled goat cheese and finish with fresh basil. Add any extra toppings you love.

Serve it as a starter, slice it up for friends, or eat the whole thing on the couch. No judgment.
Either way, it’s bursting with bold, herby flavor and guaranteed to impress.
